Who really need it?

I did mail marketing for e-commerce owners
with offer CRO optimization

I've done wrong ICP - 5- 10Kvisitors, with 10 employee
Ideally my ICP as it turned out is e-commerce with 100k visitors and employee over 100k

it's almost impossible to reach out them, so ideal niche is 10 employee,
but they don't need website/dashboard

I'm trying now to build fast MVP with AI and beatiful design for two weeks and offer lets say, 6-7k
ICP startups that get funding, or seria a. Enterprise ofc(but thats' impossible again)


anyway, who really need it, any ideas (i don't want to waste my talant....

The 100k visitor e-coms or larger enterprise software absolutely need top-tier UI/UX. It makes or breaks user adoption and sustained engagement.
