Anyone plays poker for real money here?

I myself been to a couple of tournaments in the casino but nothing big $50 / $60 entrys.

I play mostly online and i know of a "method" that can make people some serious money.

Get 4 partners (trusted ones) , each one invest $300, then all of you join the same table (a 6 max. table) so you more 4 partners only 1 seat left.
Then just wait for someone to join that seat and start playing normally when that person raises you re-raise then all of you other friend pay your raise most probably the person will fold and you guys later after doing this for a few hours split the money.

Trust me, even if he goes all in with AA the odds for him to lose are really high against 5 people.. flush, straigh, 2 pair.. so many possible option.

anyone tried this? i only did this like 4 times and with good results but is hard to find trusted partners who are online at the same time as you.

    Hi!
Professional player here in the past, now i can't even look at poker.
I used to be addicted really hard after playing full time for half of year - i don't recommend it to anyone who doesn't have strong will.

About your method - you'll win few bucks for as long as there will be no professional player at table. I loved to play with players playing like that :)
There is some thing that you haven't took into consideration - it's called HUD. It's software that track hands played by you and other players used to read oppontents stats. If pro player see high raise/reraise then he folds more rarely and get in with weaker hands. If you would have super high raise/reraise stats you would be seen as maniac and they would get in with really weak hands.

Most poker rooms have pretty advanced software plus monitoring teams to prevent practices like that.

Yup, been pokering since I was a kid. Only started playing for money the last 3 years though. You win some, you lose some.. I'm still in the green after 32 years (only a couple of hundreds) but I enjoy the game, not the money

if you plan this carefully and your partners are people from other countries its easy to make some money.. you just have to spread it among some houses not just do it at one house.

this kinda stuff is the reason i rarelly play ring games online but well its a good method to get some start up cash i guess xD

    You are right.

Even the players on $50 max tables will be using HUD. What makes you think $300 max table players won't be? Don't forget also, the larger you make the pots the more you will attract pro players.

Plus, it would be so easy for the site to spot that you guys are in collusion.

    This won't work.

Another 'black hat' method is to simply team up with a genius with eidetic memory. Have him feed you info through your tiny C.I.A. standard ear piece. I dunno
