So in an nutshell I want to launch a product. Here is how the plot goes...

    1. User goes on the website
    2. User reads the website
    3. User clicks "Buy Now!"
    4. User Buys the product and automatically signs up for a $7/month subscription (user is aware of that)
    5. User is then taken to a page where he can download the product
    6. Once a week the user gets an email (by chronological order, so no matter when the user signs up, he will still get the first email, 2nd, 3rd, etc).
    7. If a user typed in their email wrong, they can email me, and the email will be changed

So you know... seems pretty basic, I guess? But here are the questions

    1. What software do I use to make the transactions with the users?
    2. Does the software support subscript services?
    3. Can I go inside the software and change the email the subscription goes to?
    4. Does the software support the chronological order email subscription?
    5. Doe the software support email change?
    6. What software do I need to collect the emails when they sign up?

Don't use emails. You're looking to make a membership blog that drip feeds content every month. Look into the 'Magic Members' wordpress plugin :)

    2.Some do, some dont
    3.I believe so
4.Usually most use autoresponders for emails
5.I would say look at nanacast or amamber and check their fAQ
    6.You need an autoresponder(aweber)

I was thinking about it (and I might be wrong), but I don't want people visiting the blog to read what I have to say. I want to email them. The reason behind it, is that... Hmm... Let's say there is 150 volumes? And let's say a memeber joins in 2011, he starts from Vol. 1 and goes on, 6 months down the road another member joins, and he also starts from Vol 1. meanwhile the member who joined 6 months before is already on Vol. 24 (One volume a week, after six months, that is 24 volumes)

posting to the site doesnt matter...if u get the right type of membership software this is a breeze...digital access pass has a built in autoresponder and u can lock post/pages/downloads and send emails with links to the newly unlocked posts...google it

    DAP seems amazing!

There $1000 package seems really good and promising! I just emailed them and hopefully they'll reply back, and we'll start something!

    Thanks a lot!
