I'm using hostwinds for cheap unmanaged windows VPS to run SEO tools.
I have like 10+ active VPS with them.

I like Digital Ocean for the simple billing system. I've had good experiences with Linode, AWS, and Google though

Digital ocean is good. But since it is unmanaged service, you can go to cloudways for managed DO VPS and they add their service fee (2x of the price of original DO server)

All top providers will do that! You will want to try BuyBM or Hosthatch then!

Using KnownHost for ages without any major hiccups. Google cloud is also will be a good choice to consider if you are technical enough.

I now have my own hosting service so Im good. Thanks for the recommendations though. Im sure it will help many.
