I got an email by this company called NetCraft and they're telling me to take down one of my website as it is a phishing attack to one of their customer.
Has anyone ever got this email before?

What should I do? Take down my website?

Netcraft provide the service of internet security plus anti-fraud and anti-phishing services, application testing and PCI scanning. They also analyse many aspects of the internet, including the market share of web servers, operating systems, hosting providers and SSL certificate authorities.
Does your website have any problem?Check it out.

NetCraft is a legit company. I don't see any reason to take down your site, but I would run malware scan as it sounds that it would be hacked unless you are running something shady by yourself.

You have WHOIS Privacy on the Domain. That is why the email was forwarded from domainsbyproxy.com.
Sounds like you have issues with your site, if you aren't responsible for the phishing page then you need to check your server and run some scans as it could mean you were hacked.
