I hit the home gym ;)

Although I don't use weights I use variable resistance bands instead.

How may of you go to the gym and lift? Any athletes here?

been consistent for several years,
at least 3 times a week, mostly more but depending on the schedule

I have training equipment in my home that I use several times a week.

I've never liked going to gym: they have more equipment, but I find the atmosphere annoying.

Calisthenics goals in the making.

hitting gym from last 2 years present not going from 1 month due to out of money and gym membership expired :)

Yes. I am doing home workouts (calisthenics) 5 times per week, depending on my schedule. Been trying to be more disciplined for the past few months.

Regular gyms aren't exactly hygienic here in India so I have purchased weights for personal usage.

That is about it.

lol maybe you living in a slums in my city gym dumbles and all machinaries cleaned with sanitizer after single use
No gym will sanitize an equipment after every single use. If they wish to do that, they will have to hire a cleaner for every single piece of equipment. Which isn't feasible economically.

Anyway, message reported for member abuse.

Wait, who is The Gym and why do we need to hit him? :-?

I've been to a gym only for a few months in my entire life. Never felt the need to go again, I'm in my early 30s, maintaining a healthy weight with flat tummy. Gym is not necessary if you're not lazy and have a healthy diet. Workout at home, take a walk, go on a bike ride, always walk to run small errands and you won't ever need a gym. That's just my opinion in terms of fitness, some people like to build muscle and look all jacked up.

Workout at home mostly. Been on and off for the past 16 years or so. Good old compound moves and free weights > Fancy equipments any day. Started running in 2021 and now its an addiction. Going to run my first half marathon in 3 months or so.

5 days gym a week.
6 days cycling 20-30 KMs.
3 days cricket 2-3 hours.

This helps me sleep better, think better, breathe better and lot more.
