I have just checked their terms and conditions, they might close the account and not subject themselves to cover any payments if the account is posting reused content from other platforms. I know many people are doing it but what if they are just faking the earnings.

Doesn't depend on followers count. Just start spamming random wholesome video or triggering videos under big accounts inorder to get replies. You're good to go

Doesn't matter whom you reply or where you reply, you just need premium members replies/engagement to get paid.
And yes there are enough premium members there to earn big .
