Who can recommend an offshore hoster

Hi,

I am currently trying JohnsonDaniel's Twisted Method to $1k+ a week

But I got an abuse mail so I had to take the site off on my old hoster.

I also have a shared hosting account with shinjiru the routing to their asian server is horrible. There are many downtimes and site takes ages to open. On their european servers they don't have PHP 5.3 ......

So can anyone recommend me a good hoster that is ok with warez linking and copyrighted images of other websites and have a good speed+uptime?

I have looked over so many different hosters now but most of them have horrible reviews.....
