Most cases it will be useless. Focus on quality traffic even if it costs more.

can anyone recommend some platforms with real traffic? Most platforms in order to make money they claim their traffic is real but we know actually it isn't

No one is selling real traffic for cheap, just think about it
Why should someone sell like his 10k daily traffic for pennies when they can earn much more? they are many scammers , beware

Try pop and push ad networks, but as the wise man above said it's much wiser to focus on the quality over quantity

The point is what is your purpose?
1. If you need cheap traffic for monetizing with advertising (Google Adx, Google Adsense...), it won't work because Google pays less for this kind of trafffic
2. If you need traffic for conversions (you have your own products), you can find some Native ads platform or some DSP platforms which accepts copy right websites such as: onetag, appnexus, smaato. Buying the traffic from these websites (anime, manga, download, livestream) is very cheap
