You need to sign up on TripAdvisor (any of it), let few reviews, then after let a short link with your url.
Easiest way is to review a local restaurant on blog and link it to TripAdvisor and vice versa.

I have never used pbns to sell links of in a long time I can see the attraction for people doing it but when I can buy pbns of whoever for normally tiny money I don't really see the point of spending time and effort dealing with Google ever-changing bad ideas to make pbn management complex or hard.
For example I can buy of one of my friends for like $45 a decent amount of pbns good quality or if I am a cheapskate I can buy ones of my Pakistani friend Health ones for like $1 a link.
