    Hey,
I have been promoting email/zip submits for quite some time, but recently realized that on some occassions the large companys are not paying for these submits to CPA networks, for example JetBlue is not actually making the offer that gives the customer 2 free tickets just for filling in your email address. I was just wondering if anyone here knew who the advertiser of those offers are and how they do it.

    Thanks.

most of the offers make you buy offers from affiliate companies they are part of. If you do it all.. they purchase the tickets and give them to you I am guessing. usually just collecting emails from the majority

    They work like this:

They create a campaign say for 2 JetBlue tickets like you mentioned. The then create some stupid survey like "Do you like flying JetBlue?". It doesn't matter what you answer because then you're taken to the next page where they get your information (I'm assuming to build an email list). Then you have to go through 300 pages of various offers and surveys until you reach the "Silver Offers" page where to get your 2 JetBlue tickets you have to complete at least 1 Silver Offer. The same goes for the "Gold Offers" and most likely you'll have to complete 2 "Platinum Offers". When you complete all of those and they get confirmation, the person who started the email submit will go buy your 2 JetBlue tickets with the money they made from you completing the Silver, Gold, and Platinum offers and will also keep a good chunk of change for themselves. If you were to go out and just buy the 2 tickets you would probably spend less money then signing up for 10 free trials.

Hope that helped shed some light on the matter and if you need more clarification let me know :D

what are the email lists used for? I would think they would add in the terms they can sell and or continue to mail you more offers etc. - havent heard of people worried about spam from these companies to much I dont think
