    Hello Everyone and BHW,

I am Z Nasty and I currently am a white hat digital marketer (SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Ads, Social Media Management) for a great agency that allows me full autonomy of most marketing decisions for my clients. All of my clients are in the local service industry and I would be happy to lend a hand to anyone that may need some advice.

I currently picked up an eCommerce client who actually wants some black hat stuff to be done and I have experimented on my own with black hat ideas through my own sites - but with limited capital.

The new eCommerce client not only will allow me to start testing some of my black hat ideas (reddit promotions and artificial first page, black hat backlink strategy, etc.) but I am also going to take this money and use blackhat strategy for my own gain on my personal sites.

All these things are reasons why I am here and ready to learn. I love that I can pay for awesome and well reviewed services that should make ranking easy to do for my own dropship and rank & rent sites that I plan to make a full income with.

I am here to learn, help (where I can), become a member of this community, and to make friends who share the same values and ambition as I do, without taking themselves so seriously as many entrepreneurs I know IRL tend to do.

With that said, I am going to explore the forums, keep making money so I can go spend that money to make more money. Adios.

    - Z Nasty

Hey Z Nasty, welcome to BHW. What blackhat linking strategy do you have in mind? (if you don't mind me asking) If you were thinking about building a PBN and linking to both your client's website and yours, be careful, that would leave a massive footprint...

I wouldn't be linking from my site to his site or vice versa, but using a PBN service here on BHW, for example: Lady Gaga Google Rider Service or the Aggressive Local SEO Package in the backlink marketplace.

Since you work for an SEO agency, are they based in the US? if so can you give us an input on their pricing strategy? Thanks!

Yeah we are based here in the US and mainly work with Local Service businesses. We started out charging $300-$500 per month, but that was two years ago. We are now charging $3000-$5000 for only SEO and we also offer PPC. Our ideal client is $5000 monthly.

Hey TomasX90, I can't PM yet since my account is so new. Is there another way that I can get in contact with you without exposing my contact information?

Awesome I have a DM agency but I have a hard time charging local clients $1500 a month! 5k sounds awesome but how do they get local business paying that per month? are there any "insights" you can provide since your an insider, like do they pretty much use same standard tools or do they have a secret weapon to rank sites whitehat

We have a pipeline that we do for all of our local service businesses that we see some really good rankings with. We do all of their meta, generate content 1-4 times a month (depending on what they need), consistent on page optimization, and white hat backlink outreach. We make sure all of their NAP is consistent. But if you are asking if we do anything secret, we don't do anything more than what you can read online for free.

WHAT SETS US APART, is that we have consistent and constant communication with out clients. We email once a week with a status report, monthly reports from Analytics and our ranking software, and we always answer our phone if there is a call or text no matter what time of day.

Our account managers act as the SEO analysts, SEO implementation, and client side communication. So in reality the account managers do it all besides sales, so that requires a type of person that can not only be great at SEO which requires focus and diligence, but also really great client facing communications. Its not super hard to find that type of person but it does take time to find a person like that and really good training. We have constant communication training, as well as SEO training, and we are always finding new things we can implement for our clients.

I do the same, constant communication and the works but its still hard to find local clients willing to pay more than 2k, more power to your company!
    Thanks for reply
