I am quickly filling up slots in my schedule for ongoing monthly SEO work. A couple more and I will be at full capacity.

So, any white hat SEO's out there with a minimum of 4 hours per month available?

PM me your hourly rate along with a couple of case studies of your work.

Sorry to break it to you but there is no such thing as a WhiteHat SEO (excluding on-page) :)

Anyone who claims otherwise probably has not ranked in this life a website.

Technically of course you are correct!

To clarify, what I am after is ethically-minded SEO practitioners who will look to improve site-structure, increase Pagespeed, improve user experience, look to acquire relevant backlinks and improve content.

As opposed to those who would look to use PBN's and such-like techniques rather than actually work for a living.

I would clarify that you are looking for on-page SEO.. otherwise, you're gonna get a lot of link builders here..

99% of this community is doing blackhat SEO.

    As for this statement:

"As opposed to those who would look to use PBN's and such-like techniques rather than actually work for a living."

Trust me, I love ranking with links and banking while others still hope to achieve #1 just with whitehat SEO :)

I fully appreciate what can be done with links - no stranger to it myself! However, I'm dealing with some fussy clients who pay very well - PBN's etc are out of the question.

Feel free to PM me, I have other clients nowhere near as demanding.

Best of luck with your search for white-hat SEOs. Truth be told, most white hat SEOs or people that don't indulge in black hat SEO are insanely busy. If I were you I would specify the deal proposing and terms of engagement. I'm sure that will make your offer look appealing.

You need someone with a deep understanding of:

    Onpage SEO taken to absurd
    Website structure (microdata included)
    Social media
    Content strategy / keyword research
    Media and image manipulation
    Team management
    Excel/spreadsheets

Usually, whitehats that can present you case studies don't and are not supposed to solve simple tasks. And they are expensive like shit.

Or you need to be clear about the task/s you're trying to perform.
