White hat links are white hat, duh. There are best practices rules for how to construct and use them. PBN links RANGE from white hat to junky, depending on how they are maintained. There are best practices rules for how to construct and use them as well. So, if using PBN links from private networks, the best way to employ them long term, is to build them to conform to white hat link best practices. Problem solved.
