This is as much as I know:

Create a PPC Campaign (such as adwords) and advertise the CPA. Are there any other ways to get converting leads? MY blackhat method only gets me the email submit.

I would like to know too. Im doing a 100% blackhat method to get leads for a 13.50 $ debt recovery form. I'm getting about 3 leads a day...all nonconverting. hopefully i can stay under the radar. but some whitehat converting leads thrown in would really secure my position.

Wow, you are playing with fire with 100% non converting debt leads. These merchants almost always verify the leads. Be careful and best of luck.

In the past I have used PPC to directly link to an offer via Adwords / Yahoo / Adcenter / Facebook
Where is with my BH offer I have used a custom LP.

Another way is Youtube, find a video related to your niches.
Rate it once yourself then turn off ratings, then annotate it and put your link the the comments.

Yahoo answer spamming, there are tools that can answer any questions filitered by keywords, unsure of the name though sorry.

Hopefully you can find some use in this.
