i'm currently using a business theme, i *think* it's called "corporate".
and so far i've got plenty of visits, but few customers. so i'm wondering if i need to get a new theme?

anyone find that some themes get better results than others? this is for a financial services page.

It all depends on the niche and the target audience. I like to look at the main competitors for the target niche, then I will pick a theme or develop one based off of what I see working for them.

Know their interest and post articles that inspires them a lot. Be unique from your competitors...I guess, it would be better than getting a new theme and making full process again...

    Good Luck!

Sounds like the theme you are using has a big sort of header (probably scrollable) and 3 columns below it.

Assuming that I'm correct, I would make the header impactful and use the 3 columns to address the 2 main benefits and 1 main concern in the niche.

More often than not, it's more about the copy than the design.

It's hard to tell without actually seeing anything, but I hope this helps!

be very carefull with colors in that niche, if you target people in trouble you have to calm them down , make them feel safe ... search html color schemes / banking/insurance ... (in 90% cases dominant colors are green and blue)

perhaps adding some testimonials and pics of people would help.
