If you are just using a static website
Kinsta offers free static website hosting (kinsta is great itself)
if your site isn't too resource heavy, hostkoala is very good
if your site needs a bit more of an oomph in resource usage, I would reccomend WPX.net
If you know sys admin and all the goodies to set it up yourself digital ocean & vultr is a decent option
