I just used amazon web services to setup a free VPS for my automation software, since i am not too familiar with VPS and need one that is simple to use what is best you could recommend, i need it windows server, i prefer to go with a larger company and not some smaller shady company that is cheaper.

(What are the minimum requirements of RAM,bandwidth, etc. ill need to run 5-10 bots at once approximately.)

It depends on what types of bots you are planning to run. You might want to get at least 8gb of ram if you're going to run 10 bots simultaneously. You can check the marketplace hosting section there are many great providers there that can provide what you need for a cheap price.

I use power-up hosting. I've had small problems but they are super fast to fix them.

About the RAM requirements, it really depends on the type of bot you are running. If it is a light task you might not need more than 1 GB but here again it greatly depends on the type of task the bots are achieving.
Don't hesitate to go for SSD based VPS as well.

I can vouch for host stage as well. Specification depends on what the bots are doing but if I had to guess I would say you need a few GB of ram and maybe 2-4 CPU cores if you want it to run smoothly.

It totally depends on the bots you're going to use on the VPS. I think you're using the AWS free trial and imo those VPSs are not good, at least according to me (plus they charged me for the BW usage at the end of the month). You can go with runabove.me (sandbox) which is quite cheap if you want to run some lightweight bots, but if you need more power you should consider poweruphosting. They have an offer for VPS, you can see the details here

Get familiar with using windows VPS on your current plan with AWS, and once you get experienced you can move on to better performance servers.

    RE poweruphosting
I signed up with them more than 1 month ago. Paid them, logins don't work. VPS is not possible to set up without their support. You cannot reach anyone there since the login credentials just don't work (even though purchase was confirmed in email). When you try to reach them you get an automatic email saying that my email is not used by any customer. If I go on their website you can only reach the pre-sell department which ignores all of my inquiries.

Not sure if baclkhatwork has a stake in that company or why it's been promoted here. So terrible, probably ran by one guy working in his underwear. You just can't get a hold of anyone. Wouldn't want to use any of their services anymore with this kind of amateur experience

I'm not sure if location is an issue but Hetzner (.de) can be good and cheap. They have a variety of options and monthly contracts.

I ran some bots on them a while back with no problems.
