which URL shortener is good?

    i use one ....it can't post on Facebook....cos it mention is "spam" etc..
    try on twitter also.

    so any url shorteners is good?

    For that, redirects work well.

    Buy domain.
    Post domain.com/whateveryouwant in status/update.
    Make redirect AFTER posting.

    That way the system won't follow the URL when you post.

    I would also suggest you to get a custom domain and then use it as a link shortener as that will give you a lot more control over your links.

    tiny url is a link shortener, i don't know if it'll be good for you but it should work.
