Which type of site is necessary to get approval from CPA and how to make money out of it?

I need your help to make $$.. i am new to CPA ..previously i worked for PPI long time.. injecting files to exes and using DRM videos methos.. now i want to make more money.. i just need your help..

I registered in ************** but they rejected my signup..

what kind of site is necessary for them to accept..? I dont have any site. So how to start a site, the type of content in it and how to get traffic to it (the minimum requirements for the approval of site). And how to make money out of it using CPA offer... please let me know.

Do what I did. Read the stickies. Search the forum. I was about to post this same type of question a while back before I found posts giving this exact information.

For starters, get a hostgator account (use "404page" as a coupon code and your first month is .01), get a .com -- download dreamweaver and find some nice templates. Replace with your content, host, and BAM, I just did what google should have done for you.

I wouldn't go as far as dreamweaver, I'd go for a wordpress site fill it with niche related
content. Then google your niche with the word "affiliate" and sign up with with a load of them and get your niche related banner ads to put on your blog so it looks like a working site. Do a search on here there are plenty of posts relating to getting accepted by CPAs
If you get a phone call never let them get the idea you're desperate to get in. If I ever get a call I'm strait on the offensive asking them questions about whether they are the right company for me to be working with not the other way round. Remember they are
nothing without us, we are their bread and butter.

how long its going to make such kind of site,enough traffic to get approval from cpa companies...?

or do something simple like

1. sign up for a .co.cc domain its bascily ur own
2. sign up to to a free webhost
3. put content like movies and games, media and other stuff on ur site and make it look nice
4. when u get a phone call just tell them u will be bringing traffic by PPC and nessery means

5. if asked what content ur site will hold say something along the lines as *tutorials from around the web* *music videos* *latest movies information* *news and world news* basic thing like that

i did and when they rang it was out of the blue lol but be calm and answer quick but remember answering PPC which help alot, also don't spam like crazy and FB and Myspace because u will be banned

also after adding say a free iphone proze draw to ur site then ask ur friends from FB to sign up and be truthfull so far ive made $2.30 haha its like my first ever also im from the UK so $2.30 is like 1.40 in GBP

also almost forgot my site was up 3 days before sign up hehe and i still havent evan got round to updating
