I recently started playing around with GScraper, so far it appears to be wicked fast. I've been able to harvest over 60 Million urls in less than 2 days! :)

--> I haven't tried out any of it's other features just yet. Right now, I'm focused on just building a massive link list for various purposes.

scrapebox is good there is a free one though by the Sick team the free sick scrapper. I also use their platform reader. Does a good job at sorting out the sites once I have scrapped them through scrapebox

If you consider not only scraping links but many other functions, you might consider scapebox.

But if you only focus on scraping links, Gscraper is the best, the fastest scraping tools out there. :)

You can buy using debit card or credit card as well. Go to the paypal payment you will see the option to pay with your card.
