Try scrapebox, SEMRush, or Ahrefs (now is only a paid option).

Majestic all the way. Their crawler is wat better than Open Site Explorer and Ahref's.

+1 for SEMRUSH tool. It is not a free tool, but they offer 14 days free trial. If you find it to be a useful then continue purchasing it.

I prefer ahrefs over the other available alternatives, but it's not cheap.

There are bunch of backlink checker tools available online. Ahrefs, SEMRush, Open Site Explorer, Majestic SEO are some of them. You can choose any one of them as per your budget.

You should use Ahrefs, it has a free version where you can monitor 10 backlinks and 2 domains per request.
If you ever get a penalty from Google, it will be a lifesaving tool, giving you an exact percentage of anchor text on your site.
