Which TLD is better .co or .net?

The domain extension doesn’t give a trust bonus with customers or google. I’ve had and still have e-commerce shops on .com, .net, .co, .shop, .store.

More important than the TLD is the website design/branding, and content/copy writing etc. If your website looks good, and your copy is smooth, people will trust that more than a TLD. I’m not sure people even care about TLD anymore. Maybe don’t try to sell stuff on .info or .xyz but I’m sure even those cheap domains can be made to sell.

SEO wise there's no difference.

It's more about how people and yourself will perceive it.

If your domain is your business name I would go with .co

Code:
laryandfriends.co

If your domain is more keyword-oriented I would go with .net

Code:
internetmarketing.net

In between these two, I will choose .net.

I would choose .net, just got used to it. Although maybe after a while everyone will be inclined to .co

There's a difference and most people deem .co as the 2nd most trust able domain extension.

no difference whatsoever but i will choose .net between .net and .co

I hope that would be helpful in take a perfect decision.

.co doesn't seem that bad to use if .com is taken, would like to hear what others think.

.com is and will always be the preferred domain extension bit .co, .org, .net seems ok to me.

want to run a business site which looks reliable? then only .COM is better.
else .net, AND then .co
