I am warming up my own SMTP server.
In the meantime, I would like to go for a 3rd party SMTP service that allows affiliate links or at least MMO or Biz Opp niche.
I have seen most internet marketers use GetResponse or Aweber as an email marketing application.
Any SMTP service that is cheap and good enough?
