We all get excited to find out we've been accepted to post on a new site. Whether it ranks high or not, it's the feeling that we were seen as worthy. For many of us, it can be frustrating to keep on writing without getting accepted to publish anywhere. The ghostwriting jobs have no lasting reward after all. I'd love to hear some stories from others about where they've gotten the privilege to guest post at, and how they managed to get the opportunity too. There are many of us trying to learn how to become contributing authors on many popular sites! For myself, I'll provide one for a popular site to guest post at: The Huffington Post I took the standard route of commenting on articles regularly, and quickly honing in on a few authors there. I would provide constructive feedback at times too, nothing fancy, and after a few months I took the chance to reach out. I went a step further and contacted an editor over social media. Just a few days later I was in, now I'm even an editor with recruiting privileges too! Anyone else care to share any stories?
