It all really comes down to interpretation, and of course the competition on keywords, but since we all study it as much as possible, I will also presume people have done the research on such before buying the services.
If we all just go by our genuine first thoughts, we could probably have an interesting conversation on the topic.

What you bought would also be interesting to know. Obviously a big difference between a high authority $1k link and 100x $1 PBN links.

These types of threads will give you some advertising and nothing else.. there are just a few people ready to show you what worked for them, especially since they invested thousands into sarkars, before getting to the working solution

I bought sarkar's services and I was traumatized. I thought SEO is scam and is impossible. Then I ranked websites with pure content and was amazed how easy it is.

Yes it's better to learn how to do it yourself, the basics are very important and outsource only when you understand the seo game very good because you will understand the packages a lot better
 
The sheer knowledge that I gained has helped me the most, I am skeptical of the backlinks although I purchased once and the results were okayish.

How do you understand if someone is going to provide spun content on spammed domains when they say it will be hq stuff on fresh expired pbn with few outbound links?

Price, reputation and if the service is not what has been advertise you can shit list them. It's how the marketplace works

It was 7 years ago. But the game is the same haha. Only people don't rank with GSA SER and chinese shit anymore. Nothing is lost.
 
Dont buy $30 dollar backlink packages. I mostly buy A package from around €179 and get good results
