I can spend 150$ or so to get my site ranked up.

The #1 page is getting about 500+ visitors daily (they have stats tracker on their page), if I could become rank 1 and achieve that then it would be awesome.

The main keyword is low competition, little over 6000 searches per month, low competition. So, what SEO service should I buy, the expensive ones for 147$ a month, or just buy a 25$ Full Monty SeNuke blast?

I have followed an on-site optimization tutorial and my page has All-In-One SEO plugin installed.

    Dont buy senuke blast.

I would suggest invest it on high pr blog post.

Then do blog commenting, profiles, web 2.0, social shares, social bookmarking, press release, video submission, and document submission manually.

I'm not very experienced on this and I'm not sure how do you do press releases, videos, documents, web2.0, social bookmarking = Just making tens of accounts and sharing my site on these?

Dont know how to find these sites to make my account on.

Senuke blast wouldn't actually be the best idea. If you have got some money to invest, I would suggest you to go for a bigger and better package. Make sure to include Social Signals in your backlink strategy since they play a major role these days in ranking websites.

Your question is asked a lot of times, though it is understandable.
Don't use the monthly service first. Try to contact them, and see how they fare.
Try their service for one month, use the cheapest package available.

If you want to buy software, my advice will be GSA, with some private proxy.

I agree with GreyKnight. Jumping directly to those expensive and monthly service and not expecting the resulsts you want may be very discouraging. Also, try to aim for service which you can get reports of your link.

Private network and not providing link are most likely black hat and are for short term run. Eventually, it will comes down. Go only blackhat for testing on another site or experiment.

cause it is low competition keyword so I think you should build link manual, your site can rank well with web 2.0 high PR link with easy keyword :).
