Outbrain, Taboola, Revcontent, Content.Ad... we've all used them... AND, we all know they have publishers that commit click fraud OR users accidentally click on Ads.

Do any of you guys have a list of publisher names/sections that commit click fraud frequently (on any of the networks above)?

We can help each other by blocking them.

Outbrain and other mentioned networks will block them for you, so no need to waste time on that.
The quality of the traffic you buy from those networks depends on the quality of your campaign and what you target.
If you check (know how to check) in GA traffic sources and analyze their performance you can see which campaigns and sources of those campaigns (they all have different parameters) perform better for you and you can request/use more of those particular traffic sources.

Hey man, I'm sure they block for us, but they miss a lot of bad actors... A lot of these publishers place the Ads in areas where the user accidentally clicks on them. So, we end up paying for bad traffic...

Question: You said, "If you check (know how to check) in GA traffic sources and analyze their performance you can see which campaigns and sources of those campaigns (they all have different parameters) perform better for you and you can request/use more of those particular traffic sources."

What do you mean "you can request more of those traffic sources"? How do I request more traffic from "CNN" for example?

Ad networks use a lot of filters to block bots, if they wouldn’t, they wouldn’t be where they are today. Low quality traffic - means low quality campaign. Unfortunately, the campaign doesn’t become successful by itself and it’s a process of optimization.

You don’t know if traffic from CNN is good for you unless you see performance of that particular campaign and it brings good monetization. If you don’t use any advanced analytics, you can check that in GA.

The best campaign is not the one that brings cheapest traffic, but the one that brings best performance, the traffic can be expensive.

E.g. 5 cents visitor browse 2 pages, 15 cent visitor browse 15 pages.
