I would advise a Static ISP proxy as it will give you a consistent IP without rotation

Static proxies are good for consistency, dynamic proxies are better if you need frequent IP rotation.

Residential proxies or ISP proxies are recommended for Google Ads because they mimic real user behavior and are less likely to be flagged.
Private mobile proxies are more difficult to detect as proxies esp the location specific ones and with IP rotation. Test the proxies from the marketplace to see which gives you the best results.
