Resident proxies are great for you, they are best for managing multiple accounts, but it's important to remember that the system sees not only ip, but also fingerprint, so I advise you to use proxy + antidetect browser
And of course by the system 1 proxy - 1 profile in the browser - 1 account

Usually, one to three. But that depends on your setup, and tools on how many you can feasibly run. Ideally though, stick to three at most until you're sure you can get away with fielding more.

i have tested both residential and datacenter ips with twitter and both work good !

Static ISPs would be the most cost effective way to go about vs going with 4G/5G unless you have a decent budget then go with mobile if not you can get similar performance for the fraction of the cost. Ive used Shieldproxies in the past for twitter
