For me it is Facebook. I have had guys sending IDs for trust and then scamming for $100 or so. Many such experiences on Facebook. I am thankful to BHW where all deals are protected by the forum.

Telegram is also a nightmare, People there will scam for 20-30$. Actually, It's really fun watching them try to scam you when you know that they are up to no good
 
I would agree on Facebook and probably Fiverr for the worst people or worst scammers normally.

I found some gems on Telegram actually. Small groups can be very helpful when deal is done through admin.
 
Wanted to name a few but don't know if I can mention them lol. Recently saw one banned member and the reason mentioned on his profile was 'promoting other forums'
 
Tried to buy a channel on playerup. I only saw scammers there and the best part is that they are dumb and they cant even make it look real.
 
Mails, I have about 200 packages without picking up and they have closed my bank account for not putting my private information like 100 times :)
 
There are scammers everywhere, and important honest people you are sane enough to know.
