More Freelancer, more options
I personally like oDesk.com Having said that I find freelancers charges a bit more sneaky. Could be my lack of xp with it but it is just my personal experience.
Freelancer.com for me is best
Coders are good there..
Yes, I agree "More Freelancer, more options " but here you can get "quality freelancer, more options"
It was just my suggestion, I have heard in many posts about freelancer, Odesk quality

Depending on the job, I'd go with BHW. Although, if you want to split up the work so no one has any idea what you're up to, split up where you recruit.
like the people on freelancer, but the site is absolutely terrible...
I like Odesk on how easy it is to use. I especially like that hourly screenshot feature where you can see what your hired workers are working on to ensure that they are in fact spending the time that you are paying them on your project. It is also easy to manage multiple employees.
Another place that I always had success with is Freelancer.com. They have made many changes over the past few years and have invested allot into their website.
Got accounts on freelancer, oDesk, elance.
Freelancer used to be a good source, but nowadays I have trouble finding qualified stuff. 1 out of 30 applications last time were actually a real "application" where the freelancer read the description.
For oDesk, I definitely have a better success rate. Also like the search function more to narrow it down when it comes to inviting some freelancers to bid.
Working as a freelance contractor I found Elance is much better than odesk or other sites.
Avoid Freelancer and Odesk. Stick with Elance, as it is far more reliable. Speaking based on personal experience.
I've had good luck with Freelancer and Elance.
Don't stick with the two, maybe you can try other sites like Odesk, Guru, Fiverr, or Staff.com for full time hires. I'm sure you can find a good freelancer at a very affordable price from those sites.
Thanks but I will use the site as a client.
Now a days People doing Fiverr..but I like Odesk.. as a Provider 2 Years ago..and now I like own Lance sites with Tons of Offers..So it all depends on people some people never try Elance always stick with Odesk..and some will try all new and old..
