HI. As the title suggests - which traffic service do you recommend? I wish to get quality converting traffic in job/career niche, mainly I am interested in people who would sign up to a job portal.
The only condition is that the minimal budget is not over 1000$.

Thank you in advance.

Quality converting traffic is organic, as far as I know.

Thank you. I am aware of that.

Let me rephrase this.

I wish to get quality traffic that might convert. Therefore I'm not looking for traffic to inflate traffic numbers (from some shady networks), rather I'm interested in traffic from some reputable traffic sources.
Do you have any experience with any network that you could recommend?

Id have thought the best way would be to advertise the jobs on job sharing sites/social platforms like 'google jobs' for example click the advert to apply takes you to your portal where to apply they need to sign up. https://jobs.google.com/about/

That's the only way your going to do it as a "quality traffic service" as the people using these platforms are already looking for a job. IF for whatever reason you can't do that then standard advertising/marketing rules apply...

what about the Facebook ad campaign?

Trying facebook ad now.
Currently promoting facebook page of this website and I must say I'm fairly impressed - impressions to page like ratio is about 12%...
The audience is well targeted though.

Social media works well. I have a site in this niche and get good traffic from Facebook, even though my main source is still organic from Google. What's your monetization strategy to convert that traffic?

I will be monetizing this website thru subscriptions - mainly for employers. They will be able to post jobs for a monthly fee. But first, I need to build audience and get people to sign up and post their resumes.

Currently I am getting about 1 page like per 2 cents, so for 2000$ I could get something like 100,000 page likes. Do you think it is worth it? (because I am only getting page likes / subscribes on FB now).
