I have used Flippa only twice in the past, but it's now shitty AF because it's now home to lowlifes who only want to spy on your site to get ideas for their next niche site project.
(And, no, I didn't just make that up. I've come across some "guides" on how to set up a niche that fast. The "trick" was to go over to Flippa and lie to the seller that you're interested in buying their site and would like to be given more details and access to Search Console and Google Analytics. The next step is to check out all the keywords the site is ranking for, scrape them, and set up a new niche site that goes all out for those keywords.)
Worse, the buyers on Flippa are always to beat down your price to ridiculously low figures. Imagine some clowns offering you less than x10 of your monthly earnings.
I once sold a site on Empire Flippers, but now they've raised their bar so high that small sites no longer have a place on their platform.
Motion Invest is cool. I've sold some sites on their platform, too.
Are there any other good platforms that you have used and can recommend, especially for smaller sites?
