Which one is better?

I was looking for domain for my keyword, but all the good ones are already taken.... So which one is better?
- e[keyword].com
- [keyword][random letter or phrase].com
- [ke-yw-ord].com
- [keyword].biz

Or should I drop this niche altogether and look for one where exact match domain is available in com/net/org?

Edit: section is probably not appropiate, sorry about that, didnt pay attention...

I will recommend you, you can exercise any one in above, In seo point of view you can use keyword in meta data that's fine for your site because search engine crawler meta data...I will advocate you [keyword][random letter or phrase].com better alternative.

keyword+adjective or animal name or anything . kom

It really does not matter, what matter is you are committed, you take action, you make it work.
