They're all crap compared to adwords. Adwords has higher CPCs by far.

I know that but i have a site that i am not sure google would let me put adsense on it
so i am looking for an alternative to adsense that can still make me some money for each click that i get.

Why don't you consider putting up CPA ads instead? Choose some high paying offers that relate to your niche and chances are that your EPC will be even higher than it would with Adsense. Plus you can be "creative" when it comes to placements (i.e. do stuff that adsense don't allow you to do).

that is smart but the problem is that the site gets traffic from lots of countries not only
US or UK, thats why i was thinking that ppc ads will be better
