which network has celphone offers

    I was wondering what networks have those leads where you have to input a valid cellphone number in order to get a pin..and then then enter the pin online to see the results...
    for example those fortune tellers, or guess when you are going to die offers.

    Neverblue has one for IQ quiz paying $9 per pin submit.

    neverblue has pays 9$ eleadmedia.com has pays 11$ per pin submit , ads4dough has pays 8$ there are many

    Thanks for the replies guys,
    have you had any problems with them? let say if you have a pretty high conversion ratio?
    and do you happen to know by any chance if the same person can fill more than 1 with the same company and still not raise any flags?
