Wise is a big company now. "Wise Agency" sounds like something to do with helping with money transfer using Wise. Will you use "Paypal Agency" or "Payoneer Agency"? NO.
I will stay away from it. Wisdom is better. But you can also use "Wise" if you can find another word instead of Agency

WiseAgency implies the agency itself it wise. WisdomAgency implies it's an agency that sells wisdom.

No idea what you are doing or selling, but neither are good names and disagree. Sorry. Please don't take offense, it's being straight up and you want an opinion which you received many.
Wise and Agency are not meant to be put together.
"Wise" is like "Wise guy" which is derogatory. Someone stated there is potential brand confusion with wise software or app which I have no idea about. Not good either. Wise could be interpreted as being intellectually superior- which puts off people. Wisdom in that context of English makes no grammatical sense. "Wisdom tooth".
