Which method is better?

I was just wondering what you guys think is the better method to use out of:

1. You first use PPC to find a successful campaign and then start concentrating on getting organic searchs to that site/landing page that is successful

or

2. You find a successful campaign through organic searches at first and then start using PPC?

which one do you think is better?

how can someone say whats better in you case.

SE traffic is always better - its free

if you have a ppc budget try to find the best converting keywords.. then start with seo

when you ain't got no money, ppc ain't for you anyway.. then try to get organic se traffic and use the money you make for ppc campaigns for the keys you can't rank for.
