Which linux will be good to run like 100 instances which doesnt eat up my ram

Kubuntu for instance is a good one for light ressources usage.

Going for the minimal version means that there will be very few loaded services that takes ressources.

Then, the issue you are going to face is the desktop environment that will show your desktop and that's what you can play on regardless the OS chosen.

You have 4 different desktop manager program which you can choose from the link below (there is RAM graph for each)
