Which links (follow or no follow) are better for getting SEO value?

I know that do-follow links are better for getting my website ranked higher in Google. However, my question is for external links - from my blog.

I write a blog and I include links to websites with high DA (above 70). I am doing this to show Google first of all that my content is related to this industry from the links, but also to establish high authority for my website.

So, should I use no follow or followed links? I heard that if I have lots of external links, the effect could be opposite.

You dont get any juice by linking them. Not at all. Opt for no-follow.

You should have 50% follow links and 50% non-follow links . This is good for SEO site

Hey OP - Yes, its good to include some outbound links into your post. Its not just about telling google which topic is your post but most important it tells that your post is user friendly by linking to more posts that could help the user that land in your page/post.
Forget that 50% 50% from the reply above, It makes no sense. unless you have Google algorithm in your hands.

I nofollow all of my external links.

If you wanna link juice from an external link, use follow link otherwise use the no-follow link. that's it.

Of course, Do Follow Link better for getting SEO value but now a day it's a good practice maintenance the follow or no follow a link ratio also link diversification.

Follow the link for authority sites like wikipedia, no follow for random sites.

A mix of Do follow and No follow is the way to go, which will look more natural for Google.

My suggestion is also the mix-up links and that could help your website SEO as good.
