Firstly, dont ever give your keywords away which judging by your reaction you have done.

Get a domain with your targetted words in the url if you can.

Aim for a small niche (couple of thousand searches) until you are comfortable with SEO then scale up to something you feel you can target

Because there are always better placed people to outrank/beat you and you can waste a lot of time never getting to where you want to be.... why give other IM's the opportunity of knowing what you are doing without working on it finding out!!

Same with methods -you share and they get saturated quickly - I bet there have already been x domains registered from your keywords as we speak.....

Cause people will use it and make it hard for you to rank. You will be giving out "free cash" by giving valuable keywords away.

Download the free trial version of Market Samurai (or get it in here).

Put your keywords in, then compare the competition (SEOC and SEOTC) of the three. This will tell you which keyword will be easier to rank for. For instance, if KW # 1 has 3 million competitors in the SEOC and KW # 2 has 140,000, it would (in theory) be easier for you to rank for # 2. Of course, you would also need to take PBR into account, meaning is that a keyphrase that people are actually typing in?

At any rate, a little free keyword research would probably get you a little closer to an answer. And, I agree-- never give your keywords away. :)

Forgot to mention-- if you want to get super specific, you can set the parameters to the following:

PBR at least 50% (for relevance)
    SEOTC less than 15,000
    SEOC less than 150,000

If you get one of these that still has decent traffic, try to buy the exact match domain name, then SEO the crap out of it. This will give you a big advantage.
