Hi there, I hope you are having a great weekend!

I'm writing you to ask how could I monetize a part from AdSense which pay really low money unfortunately, a channel about Videogames which usually reaches around 500 and 4000 views each video. If I would use only AdSense, the payment I would receive would just be about cents, there is not really a lot I could do about it apart from making more videos, but I don't have the time, so which is the best way to monetize this? I tried G2A as a referrer, but even in this way is hard to get people to buy games from you and just a little percentage of people are clicking on the link in the description.

Is there a way then to increase the revenue? I couldn't also understand if this result is given by the fact that a lot of people use AdBlock more and more often or else. Do you have any other idea to monetize the channel or to get the most out of it? Don't suggest to create better content, because I costantly try to and is not that easy to do "great content", it is something really subjective that depends on the viewer.

I hope in your help then :) Thanks a lot in advance!

Well if you have money to invest I would advise buying views. This is because the more views you have the more views you will get. Pretty much a snowball effect once you get the ball rolling.

Hi man! Thanks for the advice, very interesting thing I can read here, I didn't know about this, but I find it absolutely interesting, I also have something to invest on my channel and in part I am already doing it buying real views but I could invest more if you think that this is definitely worth it. Is there a reason for this fact about more views? Thank a lot for your reply by the way :)

Could always make a site advertise site on videos and plaster site with game cpa offers.

Hi Trending! Thanks for your advice, I thought about creating a website too, but at the moment unfortunately as I have not too much time I prefer to focus only on YT. In the future this will be surely an option by the way :) Thanks a lot for your suggestion anyway :)

Try applying for Machinima partnership. At around 300 views per video and they pay me $2 for each 1000 views.

Be very careful about signing up with a network like Machinima. Make absolutely sure they're really going to pay you per thousand views and not "per thousand monetizable views". There's a big difference.

What most of these networks do is claim that they will pay you $2-$3 per 1,000 views, so you think: "Great, I'm getting 100,000 views a month so I'll be making $200-$300!"

Wrong.

If you read the contract you'll discover that they're paying that $2-3 per 1,000 monetizable views. A monetizable view is one that is not on mobile and not adblocked. On my channel about 65% of total views are monetizable. And worse than that, they then take their cut from those views, so you end up getting, at the very best, 90% (and usually more like 50 or 60%) of the earnings from that 65%.

The other thing they don't tell you is that this is how much Adsense pays you anyway. So really all they're doing is taking a cut of your earnings and acting like they're doing you some big favor.

All that said. You should be making much more than a few cents with Adsense. I only get an average of 157 views per video and I'm making ~$30/month. If you put out the same number of videos (20-25/month) and you continue to pull in 500-4,000 views each, you should be making somewhere around $100-$800/month just from Adsense.

Some other monetization methods that youtubers use (with varying degrees of success) are:
* Merchandise
* Donations
* Product Placements
* Sponsorships
