    Hi friends,
I need your advice on this...Which SSL service is the safest and cheapest. My preferred region is India as I have some problem with paying outside India with Paypal. Some suggested to go for cloudflare as they offer free CDN as well as free SSL...but I am not sure whether they are fully protected. So need your feedback..kindly through some light into this.

Let's encryp, it's reliable and free but require a little bit technical skill, just search for it

Let's encrypt is safe and fully secure. Just look for a host that provides it with their packages.

I have hosting space in webhostingpad...but I al planning to shift to another hosting provider...I am using shared hosting and this company always complain about high CPU usage...my site hardly gets any traffic...so this is really bothersome..I dont know whether they allow lets encrypt ...should I ask them?

I use Let's Encrypt as well. It's included with Dreamhost, one of the best shared hosting providers I've come across.

DigitalOcean has a tutorial regarding Let's Encrypt + Ubuntu which is pretty easy to follow, although you do need some technical knowledge. Basically you install it and set up a cron job to refresh the certificate.
