It's not that there is a newbie niche. However, the biz-opp/IM/work-at-home niche is an anomaly, and here is why:
The method we all share for marketing is Internet marketing. In the biz-opp niche, you are using Internet Marketing to teach Internet Marketing in most cases.
Eventually, these potential buyers become savvy enough to learn how to save themselves money buying ... as well as steal commissions from you. This is ESPECIALLY easy on C|ickbank.
For example, most IM sites on CB have downsells, and someone who is in the IM niche will likely learn all about downsells if they buy something and go through it. Hence, they now understand the psychology of a marketer using it and will search for the cheapest price at which to buy every time.
ALSO, they will come to recognize the CB payment page. If they see it, and they are any kind of seasoned viewer, they'll know that they can sign up for a CB affiliate account free and instantly, and that they can just then buy from their own link, which not only gives them a commission, but robs the affiliate of one.
This is something unique to the IM niche, because essentially, you're teaching your viewers to do what it is that you do. What you currently understand, many of them will eventually understand, because that's the design behind the IM niche.
So only those who have an acute understanding of the IM niche, how it works, how to drive hella traffic, and how to constantly generate fresh batches of newbies, should plan on succeeding bigtime in it. Is it POSSIBLE to see big success in the biz-opp/IM niche as a newbie? Sure. But it is far less likely.
