Edit: here is better example. Let's say my website is called "Rainbow Colors" (url is: www.rainbowcolors.com), my keyword is "Sony Bravia XH89 review" (random)

Sony Bravia XH89 Review | Rainbow Colors
    or
Rainbow Colors | Sony Bravia XH89 Review

I'm thinking to try on one site 2nd option. I'm asking this because we know Google likes brands, right? So basically if your brand name is in the first part of the title, then maybe your site could be perceived as brand, in eyes of Google.

Depends on how long your brand is, if it's 3 words long I say do option 1.

Are you talking about the title of your posts then its Primary Keyword - Secondary Keyword | Brand Name

I use the second option for my titles, but I'm in the same kind of dilemma for my next project too.

It depends how long your brand name is but I'd say the second option is better.

Yeah, it seems it's better if your brand is consisted of one word only.

Option 1 dont listen to the noobs. Google takes position of keywords as a ranking factor. Keyword first website name second. Plus people read left to right

so it should look like this

Option 1 is better as your main keyword comes first rather than your website name.
