I use Proxyfirewall. The firewall by itself is good, but I don't care for it always displaying when I re-boot my computer.

They have a private proxy service that costs $25 per month. It has hundreds of US ip's. I like the feature of having it in my tray and changing my ip with one click.

You are right about the speed, most are rather slow compared to a highspeed connection. Just like dialup or a bit better.
There are also highspeed IPs available in Cloakfish but usually when talking about SEO techniques you choose the slow ones because they are less shared and they make you look like a real internet user (dsl or cable IPs).

Important is to use autorotation when you can, it improves speed and handling of cloakfish a lot.
When using CF manually you need to optimize your route latency by hand, also works to increase the speed on most proxies.

    -----

The number of available IPs changes a lot, so you are right about the amount of IPs and the states. But you should see that there are hundreds of IPs changing daily, so one hour later you might already have different states and cities in the selection menu.

If you do not own a license you can use the demo license (see download page) to see the current Proxylist.
