Agree with you.
@krishnaverma you can do one thing to improve your $ to Rs conversion rate is by asking them to accept the payment once you send them a mail/message. They provide this facility for free.

I wouldn't bother with this if it isn't substantial money. (100,000 USD per month)
And if you are making 100,000 USD per month it doesn't matters much.
Anyway if you do select a bank for this or that then they charge you something else maybe minimum balance or service charges or debit card charges etc.
If difference is small then it is not worth the fuel and energy you would be wasting to go there and open an account etc. Moreover it will be yet another bank account to manage, which is additional headache for security reasons and filing your taxes will have one more bank statement attached to it.
It all depends on how much the difference is.
