Which host allows me to have a site about hacks, cracks etc?

I think there is a difference between having a site "about" hacks, cracks, etc... and having a site that actually makes them available for download. Links to torrents would fall somewhere in between those two points.

ovh(france) and leaseweb(holland) don't give a sh1t on what you host or blog about. My friends host files on ovh for irc servers...
If you prefer more "security" hide your server behind cloudflare.

Find an established warez site, do a who.is search on it, find out exactly what you need.

ovh have servers in the US, ovh hosted the wiki leaks site and they weren't bothered about it. also their servers are probably the cheapest on the market. But if you are just selling fake likes then I guess most hosts would be ok with that.

What you need is a quality offshore host that ignores DMCA.
Personally, I don't use such hosting but I have seen many threads covering the information on BHW so I am sure you will find it.
