Frankly speaking I am a noob in outsourcing. So which marketplace do you guys normally post your project? Elance, Rentacoder, scriptlance, guru, etc?

I am not sure whether I should post this thread here. If not please move it to the appropriate section. Thanks.

    depends what work you're outsourcing.

Of course, asking for content in a professional coding emporium isn't the best thing to do, and vica versa.

what work is it, and maybe someone on here wil do you a deal ;)

RAC/ELance are the most widely used and i've had ok results, but there are better places for different things!

Heads up for GAF and Elance. Have worked with a lot of freelancers from both of those outsourcing sites and till date havent encountered any problem as such.

BTW, if you are looking for content, you can see my signature -- so now you know where to go if content is your deal :D
